Ed Ware
Chief Executive
Ed has a wealth of experience in the betting and gaming industry. He worked with Ladbrokes for nearly 15 years becoming Managing Director of Ladbrokes International Ltd (a company owned by Hilton plc). Ed is the creative driving force behind Dash and is responsible for the
strategy and direction of 32Red Plc. Passionate about gaming himself, he has a personal mission to deliver the best gaming experience on the web, and says:

Pat has spent his entire working life in the gambling industry, and with 23 years at Ladbrokes Retail under his belt - he's a real gambling thoroughbred. With his detailed knowledge of the sector, Pat is responsible for marrying the different aspects of Dash together into a seamless service that puts the players first. He is passionate about delivering good customer service and believes that all of Dash's players should be treated in a fair and timely fashion. He says:
"I am here to ensure that we place the care of our players as our top priority and that they enjoy the thrill of our games in a safe and secure environment. My purpose is to treat our players professionally and ensure that my team have the training and expertise to deal with any queries that may arise."
Graham is responsible for making sure you receive the fastest and most reliable service from
Dash Casino. Also with experience at Ladbrokes, Graham, as Systems Controller, learnt that no
matter how great the games look, it is the service and reliability of the software that matters the most to players. Graham and his team are determined to ensure that Dash systems meet the needs of our customers 24 hours a day, every day. Graham adds:

Jon Hale, ACA, became the Group Finance Director of 32Red Plc in December 2006.
Before joining 32Red, Jon served as Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director of Alan Brazil Leisure Plc, the operator of a horse racing, hospitality and gaming club. Between February 2001 and January 2005, Jon was the Finance Director of The Sports Café Group Ltd which obtained an AIM listing via a reverse takeover by Coliseum Group PLC in December 2001 and has since grown its chain of Sports bars from two to eight, with two further openings planned.
Prior to this, Jon was co-founder and finance director of Property Internet plc, an AIM listed property listings business. Jon qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998, before leaving to work in the finance department of Capital Corporation plc, an operator of high roller casinos in London.
One of the reasons that we stand out from the crowd is because of our fast and efficient payout's; and Dale's primary role at Dash is to facilitate this vital service to our players. Due to the importance of this role to Dash and our players alike, Dale has become a central figure in delivering a key aspect of our service. Prior to joining us, Dale spent 15 years in the military as a Military Administrator and then took his management and organizational skills to Ladbrokes, where he joined the Security & Payments Department. Dale joined us as Payments Manager in 2004 and works tirelessly to deliver fast, efficient payout's to our players.
